  2. My fave songs of the night where the jammy ones: High Highs, Bottle and A Dime, Betty, etc. I heard hints of High Highs at tuning for Mr. Betty, so was glad that it did make it into the setlist.

Banter of the night was Kev musing about the Keep Austin Weird 5K earlier that day.

Kev: Is there anything more normal than a 5K? We should start up a 1K, a Keep Austin Fat 1K.
    Claude: On bikes.
Jimmy: With a chili cookoff afterward

Pickles was a nice surprise, and Dooley got people to crowd the dance floor as much as any song.

For Balinese, Kev was playing maracas back by Keith and was using Keith's mike for backup vocals, while Claude played lead guitar.(Claude was great on lead during Wagon, too.) As Balinese ended, it segued into All The Labor, with Claude playing the intro on electric until Kev could make his way back up front and strap on the acoustic. Nice touch.
