  1. great little old theatre. probably had 1,000 people on the floor. balcony was not as popular. made for a spectacular recording from the balcony railing. show itself was solid. personally, I never like a slow song off the bat (pill bug, web, etc) but they more than made up for it with a superior country love in the 2 slot. it's got a different groove now b/c they've slowed it down a bit...worth checking out. after that, they didn't really miss. up on high was nice to hear again. 1st time I've seen pick & roll since they brought it back...lots of fun. the darlin cory/lament combo added a nice angry flavor to the set. and on time in the encore was probably the 1st time they've played in years. sounded great. makes you wonder why they ever dropped it. finally, loved to see young fans in the front row going nuts for the band. wish there was more of that.

  2. p.s. the band worked from a set list during this show, which they haven't done very much of since early july of this year.
